Steps to Registering

• Fill out an Online Registration Form, save it as a PDF file and send it to our office via email​ (Fremont: jessica@ichenartacademy.com; Pleasanton: pls-office@ichenartacademy.com)
• An invoice will be sent to you from our school office
• Make an online payment per instructions on our Online Payment page within 3 days to secure your spots.

Tuition:

• $360.00 per half-day camp (M-F, 9-12PM or 1-4 PM PST, Total 15 hours)
• $560.00 per whole-day camp (M-F, 9 AM - 4:00 PM, PST. Total 30 hours. Both morning and afternoon camps must be within the same week.)
• $495.00 per two-week evening camp (M-F 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM PST, Total 20 hours)

Registration Fee: $25.00 (waived for current or returning students, or those who sign up for 3 or more camps).
Multi-camp Discount: Sign up for 3 or more camps, and get $10 off per camp.
Early-bird Discount: Register by 4/1 and get $10 off per camp
Extended Care: Available through nearby third-party after school programs, M-F, 4:00-6:00 PM Check with our office for details.
