Academic Calendar

​Our academic year is divided into four quarters of varying lengths:
Winter Quarter (Q1)
​12 weeks
Spring Quarter (Q2)
8 weeks
Summer Quarter (Q3)
9 weeks
Fall Quarter (Q4)

Tuition Plans

Tuition is charged on a quarterly basis according to your selected plan rate. We offer several enrollment options to accommodate different scheduling needs and commitment levels:
Quarterly Enrollment

9-Month Plan
  • Requires three consecutive quarters, excluding summer quarter
  • Pay for each quarter individually
  • Discounted rate ($3/class off)
  • $100 refundable deposit

12-Month Plan
  • Requires all four quarters, including summer quarter
  • Pay for each quarter individually
  • Best value rate ($5/class off)
  • $100 refundable deposit
  • Minimum enroll one class or one- week summer camp for summer

Payment Policies

Registration Fee

A one-time $35 registration fee is required per family upon initial enrollment

Mid-Quarter Enrollment

Tuition will be prorated based on the remaining weeks in the quarter.

Long-Term Plan Deposits

9-month and 12-month plans requires a $100 refundable deposit per plan.

Sibling Enrollment

We do not currently offer sibling discounts for tuition. The  registration fee, however, is reduced to $10  for siblings of an existing student.

PayPal/Venmo: Contact our office to arrange. Additional transaction fees may apply for PayPal.
Credit card payments are not accepted.

Tuition rates are subject to periodic review and may be adjusted for future academic years. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled families in advance.
