Registration Steps

Book a Free Trial Class
Click the button below to book a free trial. Our office will contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule your complimentary trial class.

Attend Your Trial Class
Attend your scheduled trial class. Your instructor will assess your student's skill level and recommend the appropriate class. Review the Class Schedule to find available time slots for ongoing enrollment.

Submit Class Selection
Complete and submit the online Class Selection Form. Our office will confirm your enrollment and send an invoice.

Complete Payment
Submit payment within 3 business days to secure your enrollment. Payment instructions and details are included in your invoice.
Registration Steps
Priority Registration Period (9- and 12-Month Plan Students)
Students enrolled in 9- or 12-month plans receive priority registration during the early enrollment period.
- If continuing with the same schedule: Simply submit payment and include your child's name with the note "same schedule." No form required.
- If making changes to your schedule:
- Complete the Class Selection Form for your campus
- Save as PDF and email to your campus office:

- Pleasanton: pls-office@ichenartacademy.com
- Submit payment to confirm enrollment
General Registration (After Priority Period - All Students)
After the priority registration period ends, enrollment opens to all students on a first-come, first-served basis.
Steps to register:
- Complete the Class Selection Form
- Save the form as a PDF and email it to your campus office:

- Submit payment using the link in your invoice to secure your enrollment.
