School Policies
Make-up Policy |
Students must inform our office at least 24 hours in advance in order to qualify for an excused absence and a makeup class. Missed class is not refundable. Make-up classes cannot be credited toward tuition payment for another quarter. Makeup class must be done during the same quarter and cannot be carried over to another quarter.

Refund Policy |
For classes offered during a regular quarter (Q1, Q2 or Q4), once the registration is completed and the student starts attending the class, no tuition refund will be issued. If for some reason that a student is unable to attend for the remaining of the quarter, the parents are required to inform our school, and we can either transfer the student to another class of a different day/time, or in the case of a medical condition which prevents the student from attending our class, we will issue a school credit which the student can use at our school in the future.
For summer camps and workshops, refund policy will be defined and provided on the camp flyers. |
9- and 12-Month Plan Deposit Policy |
For each class a student signed up for a 9- or 12-month plan, we require an initial deposit of $100.00, which upon completion of your plan, will be refunded back. In practice, in the last quarter of a 9- or 12-month plan, you can either deduct a $100 from the last quarter's tuition payment, or inform our office to use the $100 to renew a new 9- or 12-month plan.
If a 9- or 12-month plan is terminated before its completion date, the $100 deposit will be forfeited. Once an incomplete 9- or 12-month plan record is established, that student will lose the ability to renew a new 9- or 12-month plan going forward. The only option is to choose a 3-month plan. |
